Before Your First Visit
Every new client starts with a free meet and greet. We visit your home, meet your pets, and spend about 30 minutes going through everything we need to know.
During the meet and greet, we'll:
- ✓ Meet your pets and let them get comfortable with us
- ✓ Go through their feeding routine, walks, and any medication
- ✓ Collect keys and go through any alarm codes or access instructions
- ✓ Answer any questions you have about the service
The meet and greet is always free and there's no obligation to book afterwards. It's simply our way of making sure everyone — including your pets — feels comfortable.
What We Need From You
A simple checklist to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- Written feeding instructions
- Medication details if applicable
- Vet contact details
- Emergency contact
- House keys (and alarm code if needed)
- Location of food, treats, leads, litter, and toys
- Your pet's usual routine
- Behavioural notes (anything we should know)
During Your Pet's Care
What each service looks like in practice.
Pop-In Visits
A 30-60 minute visit to your home. We feed your pets, provide fresh water, handle toilet breaks, administer medication if needed, and give plenty of fuss and attention. Perfect for cats, rabbits, and dogs who need a midday check.
Overnight Stays
We arrive in the evening and stay overnight at your home. Evening walk and dinner, morning walk and breakfast, plus company through the night. Your pet won't even notice you're away.
Daycare
A full day of care in your home. Walks, meals, playtime, and companionship from morning to evening. Ideal for dogs who need more than a quick pop-in.
Staying in Touch
We know you'll want to know how things are going.
Every visit includes a photo update so you can see your pets are happy and settled. For overnight stays, we send a daily update with photos and a message about how your pet's day has been.
You're always welcome to text or call us during your pet's care. We understand that leaving your pets can be stressful, and we're happy to provide reassurance whenever you need it.
At the end of each visit, we'll let you know that everything is done and your pet is settled.
